Job SummaryThe Marketing Production Coordinator is a hybrid creative and operations role responsible for producing high-quality marketing assets while maintaining organization and scalability across marketing production systems.This role partners closely with the Creative Director to support presentation design, template creation, and brand-aligned asset production, while also managing operational structure within marketing systems such as Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.The position is ideal for someone who can design professional presentations while maintaining strong operational standards that allow marketing teams to work efficiently and consistently. Job ResponsibilitiesCreative Production & Design ExecutionDesign and produce marketing presentations, templates, and collateral, with emphasis on PowerPoint deck design and modular layoutsCreate and maintain branded templates across PowerPoint, Canva, and FigmaEnsure all creative assets follow brand standards, accessibility requirements, and executive-level qualityPrepare assets for internal review, executive presentations, and external distributionTemplatization & ScalabilityBuild and maintain standardized templates for decks, one-pagers, signage, and recurring deliverablesOptimize templates for ease of use, version control, and scalabilityWork with the Creative Director to reduce custom design work through reusable templatesMarketing Operations & Asset GovernanceManage organization and maintenance of assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) systemEstablish and enforce naming conventions, folder structures, metadata standards, and version controlLead asset clean-up efforts to eliminate outdated or duplicate filesEnsure assets are discoverable, approved, and archived properlyWorkflow & Production SupportSupport intake and prioritization of production requestsTrack asset revisions, approvals, and deadlinesAct as a bridge between creative production and operational efficiency Required Skills & Experience3 years in marketing production, creative operations, or design coordinationAdvanced PowerPoint proficiency, including executive-level presentation designWorking knowledge of Canva and FigmaExperience organizing and maintaining digital marketing assetsFamiliarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systemsStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience in healthcare, enterprise, or regulated brand environmentsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and complianceExperience supporting Creative Directors or senior creative leadershipFamiliarity with project management tools such as Asana or Workfront EducationRequired:Bachelor’s degree (field not specified)
