- 15 years of hands-on Synon (CA/2E) development: arrays, commit control, program design
- 8 years of COBOL AS400 / COBOL ILE development
- Strong experience in working with PBM systems
- Exposure to ACMS/MOM and DB2400 database environment

- Analyze and understand detailed functional and technical requirements
