Detailed Job Description

Strong understanding of Customer Management Services CMS processes. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar customer management systems. Knowledge of customer data management and customer lifecycle processes. Experience with API integrations RESTSOAP. Proficiency in SQL and database concepts. Experience with workflow automation and business process management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
