Preferred Experience / Technical Qualifications
8 years of software engineering, AI/ML, or data science experience.
3 years building production Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Hands-on experience with GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or other foundation models. Expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions that combine machine learning, retrieval systems, knowledge representation, and large language models to solve complex business problems. Experience improving AI system quality through advanced retrieval optimization, context management, reasoning workflows, model adaptation, automated evaluation, and governance frameworks. Strong track record of building highly scalable, low-latency, production-ready AI applications and guiding teams in the adoption of modern AI engineering best practices.
