A global Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a newly created in their NYC office location. This is a unique opportunity to join a new, evolving team within an established and stable environment. The role will maintain day-to-day administrative tasks for a small team with ability to assist with projects as needed. The firm is in the office 4 days per week and compensation includes base salary, bonus and fully covered benefits!
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for the team
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare meeting materials
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the team
- Organize events and conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
