Job Description:
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare and review court pleadings and legal documents
- Support attorneys with case preparation and trial activities
- Coordinate with courts clients and outside parties
- Maintain and organize case files
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ensure confidentiality and professional judgment at all times
Requirement:
- Minimum two years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with court filings and litigation procedures
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Good knowledge of legal terms and court processes
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
