We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging CMMC Instructor to lead structured training programs across Level 1 (Foundational), Level 2 (Advanced), and Level 3 (Expert) certifications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, especially NIST SP 800-171, and have experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
We have an urgent need for Computer instructors to teach CMMC course (3 levels) classes on weeknights/weekends.
📚 Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions for all three CMMC levels.
- Develop and update course materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Guide learners through certification preparation, including mock assessments and practical scenarios.
- Stay current with DoD updates and CMMC Accreditation Body (Cyber AB) guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and support to learners pursuing Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) and Assessor roles.
✅ Qualifications
- Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) or Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) preferred.
- Proven experience teaching cybersecurity or compliance courses.
- Strong grasp of NIST SP 800-171, FCI/CUI handling, and DoD contracting requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and remote teaching tools.

- Instructional design experience, especially for technical certification courses.
- Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible learning.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or other compliance frameworks.
