* Instructs, onboards, and guides personnel on technical procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
* Maintains technical equipment repair procedures are up to date, and ensures optimal performance through regular inspections.
* Helps develop and implement technical training procedures and protocols.
* Assist in developing and implementing goals, objectives, and policies for Field Training Staff.
* Develop and implement safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as DOT and OSHA.
* Prepare reports on trainer activities, performance, and educational costs.
* Maintain organized technician files, record training requests, and manage the regional reports accordingly.
* Significant direct industry experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be comfortable using computers, phones, and other office equipment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and stay organized is crucial for coordinating operations effectively.
* Must be able to think critically and solve problems quickly, especially under pressure.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of the specific equipment and systems being supported.
* Ability to inspire, make decisions, and set an example for the team.
* Skill in explaining complex technical concepts clearly to others.
* Analytical and lateral thinking to address technical challenges.
* Must participate in, hold, and actively pursue industry relevant certifications, (Manufacturer, EPA, OSHA, etc)
