- Apply standardized coding instructions under supervision.
- Follow established procedures and government-provided guidelines.
- Perform basic quality checks for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with federal data security requirements.
- Meet productivity and turnaround benchmarks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in data entry or clerical support.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and written guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
