  • Manage full lifecycle of employment-based green card cases (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), including I-140 immigrant petitions and I-485 adjustment of status filings.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing documentation for prevailing wage requests, recruitment steps, and labor certification filings.
  • Communicate with clients, HR teams, and beneficiaries to gather required information and maintain accurate case records.
  • Track deadlines, monitor case progress, and ensure timely completion of all filings.
  • Maintain organized digital case files and update internal case management systems.
  • Conduct research on immigration regulations, USCIS and DOL updates, and case strategy issues as needed.
  • Support attorneys with responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and audits.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration, with demonstrated knowledge of PERM and related immigrant petition filings.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. immigration regulations, processes, and legal terminology.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and client-service skills.
