Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Bonus Opportunities

California Property & Casualty License (Required)

Proven experience in insurance sales, client relations, or a similar client-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.

A proactive attitude and a desire to help others protect what matters most.

Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs.

Explain insurance policy options clearly and help clients select the best coverage.

Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and excellent service.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
