At Bendeen Insurance, we partner with businesses as their health insurance brokerage, providing strategic guidance on employee benefits and long-term support.
We’re growing fast and looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive who knows how to create opportunity, not wait for it. This role is for someone who is proactive, confident on the phone, and thrives on building relationships from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
• Own a full-cycle B2B sales pipeline from first outreach to close
• Proactively source and generate your own leads through cold calling, outreach, and networking
• Make consistent outbound calls and touchpoints to build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Bring in new business monthly and build a long-term book of clients
• Cultivate relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Track and manage all activity through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and spreadsheets
• Use outreach tools (e.g., Meet Alfred, Sales Navigator, or similar) to support prospecting efforts
• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients
• Educate prospects on health insurance and employee benefits in a clear, confident way
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth, high-touch client experience
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing
• Strong track record of generating your own leads and closing business
• Cold calling experience is required — you’re comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities
• Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation
• High energy, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfortable using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
• Willingness to obtain and maintain Health & Life insurance licenses (support provided; prior licensing a plus)
Compensation
• $5,000/month base
• Aggressive commission structure (TBD)
• Strong long-term income potential as your book of business grows
