Responsible for:

• Daily Plans, directs, and controls driver scheduling, allocation, and dispatching.
• Monitor daily delivery activities & Resolve issues if faced.
• Assist Central Dispatcher with the displacement of freight and drivers.
• Responsible for driver settlements.
• Ensure Daily tasks from each staff in a team are being done correctly as expected
• Manage Service Quality by proactively minimizing failures
• Update the system properly for internal sharing and external notification with accurate info
• Clear and proactive communication with employees, drivers, customers, and upper management
• Recognize issues to resolve, prevent or report timely and put proper action on it
• Preserve, Protect and enhance people with close communication and relationship building.
• Conduct Safety training for drivers
• Ensure FMCSA Compliance

Requirement:

• Peferred more than 3 years dispatching experiences.
• Bilingual Spanish/English or Korean/English preferred, not must.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Must be able to lead others.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills.
