We are currently seeking a detail oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. This position communicates heavily with the borrowers and internal staff which requires a candidate that possesses a positive, results-driven attitude. This position is entry-level with several opportunities to advance within the role and organization.

Job Duties:
- Opening title by collecting Borrower information
- Ordering verification of mortgage payments
- Ordering home valuation appraisals and other needed home inspections
- Requesting updated homeowner insurance documents
- Requesting tax transcripts
- Processing credit card charges
- Review all documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining open and frequent communication with Loan Officers, Processors, and Operation Team throughout the loan process
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, company products, and operational process
- Verifying employment
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative / data-entry / food & beverage / hospitality
- Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent professional oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and attentive-to-detail
- Superb problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Successful candidates in this role earn a base salary plus performing bonuses, regularly earning $17.75-19.00/hour plus bonus/$39,000 - $45,000/year.
