What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Associate position at Global Equity Finance, Inc.?

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Closing Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Closing Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and smooth mortgage closings for our customers. This is a perfect introduction role within the finance world!
Key responsibilities (not limited to):
● Check in file for review
● Review and approve for Closing
● Request signing time from Loan Officer
● Order notary
● Request docs and review docs
● Review docs and create AT close Closing Disclosure
● Complete history confirm APR's
● Send out for signing and DOO file
● Confirm DOS (doc signed)
Qualifications
● 1 years of Mortgage industry experience
● Bachelors Degree or Higher
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Superb time-management and able to meet strict deadlines
