Global Construction is expanding — and we’re seeking a high-impact Business Development Director to accelerate our growth across the construction industry. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic direction, forge long-term partnerships, and drive major expansion in multifamily, senior living, and hospitality renovation projects ranging from $8–10M .

Your Impact
- Lead strategic business development initiatives that position the Kapella Group as a premier partner in the construction sector.
- Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities in multifamily, senior living, and hospitality — including tenant improvements and major capital renovations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the full pursuit lifecycle: prospecting, relationship development, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish growth objectives, revenue targets, and overall market strategy.
- Track progress through KPIs including pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new growth avenues.
- Partner closely with project management and operations teams to support exceptional client experiences and successful project execution.
- Utilize CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) to manage outreach, track engagement, and forecast opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of business development experience in the construction industry — ideally in commercial, multifamily, or renovation environments.
- Proven ability to win and manage multimillion-dollar projects ($8–10M ).
- Solid understanding of renovation processes and tenant improvement (TI) workflows.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
- A strategic, analytical mindset with a track record of turning insights into measurable results.
