This is an opportunity to shape strategy, build lasting partnerships, and drive major growth in multifamily, senior living, and hospitality renovation projects valued at $8–10M .

What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead strategic business development initiatives that position Kapella Group as a preferred partner in the construction market.
- Identify and secure opportunities across multifamily, senior living, and hospitality sectors, including tenant improvements and major capital projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and other key decision-makers.
- Oversee the full pursuit lifecycle — from lead generation and relationship-building to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set growth priorities, revenue targets, and market strategy.
- Monitor and report performance using key metrics such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Conduct market research, evaluate competitor activity, and uncover new areas for expansion.
- Partner with project management and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey and successful project delivery.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage outreach, track activity, and forecast opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience leading business development efforts in the construction industry, ideally within commercial, multifamily, or renovation environments.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing multimillion-dollar projects ($8–10M ).
- Strong understanding of renovation workflows and tenant improvement (TI) processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Strategic, analytical thinker who turns insights into action and delivers measurable results.
