Job Description
We are looking for a skilled PLM Teamcenter Developer with 4–5 years of experience to support the development, customization, configuration, and maintenance of Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Teamcenter modules, integrations, and customizations aligned with engineering and product development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Understand current (As-Is) business processes and assist in conducting requirement-gathering discussions.
- Contribute to defining future-state (To-Be) processes aligned with engineering and product development needs.
- Develop, configure, and customize Teamcenter solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation for Teamcenter enhancements and customizations.
- Support Teamcenter deployments, upgrades, and environment maintenance.
- Assist in migration activities from RAC to Active Workspace.
- Work closely with IT and engineering teams on project tasks within the Teamcenter platform.
- Develop Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace extensions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure solution quality.
- Follow governance standards and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter modules such as Engineering Data Management, Part/Document Management, Workflow, BOM, Release & Change Management.
- Experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
- Experience with Teamcenter data model configuration and basic architecture understanding.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Teamcenter technical solutions.
- Experience with integrations (e.g., SAP, NX, ECAD tools) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience installing/configuring Teamcenter clients (2-tier/4-tier), FMS, Dispatcher, and CAD integrations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming, and Active Workspace declarative UI/customization.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-focused skills
