Position Overview

We are seeking SDET Engineers to support software test automation, OTA validation, and subsystem/connected vehicle testing. Candidates will develop and maintain automation frameworks, execute validation activities, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based test automation scripts and frameworks.
• Perform automated and manual testing for OTA, ECU, embedded software, and connected vehicle systems.
• Execute validation tests and analyze logs/results to identify and reproduce defects.
• Support test environment setup, readiness, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate automated testing into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Document test cases, results, defects, and technical findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Senior engineers will lead technical investigations, drive automation improvements, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in SDET, software testing, test automation, validation, or quality engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Selenium and/or Appium.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and TestRail.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging, log analysis, root-cause analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive, connected vehicle, embedded systems, telecommunications, aerospace, or other engineering environments.
• OTA, ECU, embedded software, or connected vehicle testing.
• Experience with software validation labs, test benches, or subsystem testing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
