Develop, modify, and troubleshoot FANUC robot programs for automated manufacturing systems.
Perform robot programming using the FANUC Teach Pendant.
Configure robot motion, positions, frames, tools, I/O, and program logic.
Perform robot setup, calibration, mastering, and commissioning.
Conduct online robot programming, debugging, and cycle-time optimization.
Integrate FANUC robots with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, safety systems, conveyors, and other automation equipment.
Troubleshoot robot faults, communication issues, I/O problems, and production-line failures.
Support FAT, SAT, runoffs, startup, and production launch activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve robotic equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
