- Diagnose and troubleshoot server issues with remote support teams
- Replace faulty hardware and manage vendor returns
- Perform firmware upgrades and basic server configuration (IP, access)
- Support cabling, rack & stack, and connectivity validation
- Assist network teams with optics, cables, and port issues
- Conduct physical inspections and inventory checks
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in IT/Electronics or related field
- 2–5 years of server/network support experience
