Summary: The job requires prior experience in Design, managing offshore team, strong analytical skills and ability to work on CREO and Windchill.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Design, Sheet Metal Fabrication and Welding
- Experience in Heavy industries, Trucks and Off highway is preferred
- Hands on Experience in design using CAD tools like CREO and PLM (Windchill).
- Good to have (but not mandatory) Shopfloor experience
- Experience in Requirement Analysis, Design & Development
- Good to have experience in managing Offshore team
- Experience in Engineering Change management process
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Should independently manage client and Offshore team interactions
- Previous experience working with Dump trucks/Tippers is a plus
