Qualifications
Experience reviewing ingredients for food safety
hazards: biological, physical, and chemical, including allergens. 1 yrs
2. Experience working with specification systems. 1 yrs 3.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,
which is used to track progress of the project. 4. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills 5. Detail-oriented with the
ability to work efficiently and independently. Essential Job
Requirements: PREFERRED SKILLS - Nice to Haves - Allergen management in a
manufacturing environment and allergen clean up/sanitation
requirements.
1 yrs in the food/beverage R&D industry. CERTIFICATIONS HACCP certification a plus.
