About The Role:
This position will assist journeymen-level Electrical/Instrumentation maintenance technicians in routine maintenance work as well as performing many duties independently. Our world class Global Manufacturing Training program provides paid hands-on experiences and classroom instruction in order to prepare you for your next promotion.

About The Role:
This position will assist journeymen-level Electrical/Instrumentation maintenance technicians in routine maintenance work as well as performing many duties independently. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Instrumentation:
- Troubleshoot, configure, maintain:
- PLC Systems
- Single loop controls for various field systems
- Instillation, calibration, troubleshooting various manufactures of instruments and analytical equipment
- Shop and field repair of final control elements such as pneumatic valves, electric valves, solenoid operated valves, calibration of pneumatic and SMART valve positioners
- Routine and regulatory calibration of field instruments for boilers and environmental systems
- Read and redline loop sheets, P&IDs
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams & electrical schematics
- Other duties as assigned
- Troubleshoot, install, repair AC and DC drive systems as well as stand-alone process drives of various manufacturers
- Troubleshoot, install, maintain various electrical components such as mechanical limit, proximity, photo electric, speed and reflective switches
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on 480v thru 13.8kv electrical distribution systems and related equipment
- Troubleshoot, install, and repair programmable logic controllers and lighting systems
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum high school graduate or GED
- Eligible for employment in the US
- At least three (3) years of work experience in INSTRUMENTATION systems;
- At least three (3) years of work experience in ELECTRICAL systems
- Must be willing to meet the following requirements:
- Work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, elevated working surfaces, and confined spaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
- Undergo technical online testing, interview, and a formal hands-on assessment of skills
- Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
- Undergo a job-related health assessment as a condition of employment
- Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment
- Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
- Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification
- Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
- Wear required safety equipment
- Associates degree or certification(s) in Industrial Maintenance or other related disciplines within instrumentation/electrical.
- Relevant work experience in an industrial environment.
