About The Role
The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive Human Resources operational and administrative support for the corporate employee population. This role serves as the primary owner of Dayforce transactions and data integrity, supports recruiting and onboarding logistics, maintains employee records and compliance documentation.
The HR Coordinator works closely with the HR Business Partners staff to ensure accurate execution of HR processes, timely communications, and consistent employee experience.

About The Role

The HR Coordinator works closely with the HR Business Partners staff to ensure accurate execution of HR processes, timely communications, and consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS / Dayforce
- Serve as the primary administrator for Dayforce on the staff HR team, including:
- Job, compensation, status, and organizational changes
- Data audits and correction of discrepancies
- Standard reporting (headcount, turnover, compliance metrics)
- Partner with HRBPs to ensure accurate execution of approved changes
- Maintain employee records to ensure audit‑ready compliance
- Create and post requisitions in Dayforce and coordinate recruiting logistics
- Prepare, send, track, and file offer letters and promotional documents
- Coordinate pre‑employment activities including background checks, drug testing, and onboarding tasks
- Track offer acceptance and ensure timely handoffs to onboarding
- Own pre‑boarding and Day‑1 logistics, including welcome communications and schedules
- Coordinate I‑9 verification and compliance processes
- Notify IT, Facilities, Payroll, and other partners of new hire needs
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding questions and system access guidance
- Serve as first point of contact for standard HR process and system questions
- Escalate complex issues to HRBP as appropriate
- Prepare employment verifications and standard HR letters
- Maintain personnel files and ensure records retention compliance
- Deliver standard benefits overviews and enrollment information
- Coordinate leave logistics and documentation
- Prepare routine HR reports and ad‑hoc data requests
- Support intern and early‑career program logistics (offers, onboarding, events)
- Assist with HR communications and calendar‑driven activities (engagement surveys, people updates)
- Perform additional HR administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR administrative or coordinator experience
- Strong working knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Dayforce experience is strongly preferred (or comparable HRIS)
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
