Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and The C2 Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as the operational and technical authority for Air Defense and joint Command and Control (C2) mission systems, supporting system design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of software-based capabilities. Leveraging prior experience in weapons employment and battle management, the SME applies real-world insight to validate system functionality, refine tactical workflows, and ensure alignment with operational requirements across distributed and simulation-enabled environments.
This is a hands-on role focused on system execution, validation, troubleshooting, training, and fielding support. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Support design, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Air Defense C2 systems.
- Apply operational expertise to validate workflows, engagement logic & system performance.
- Assist with system builds, architecture validation, and identification of capability gaps.
- Support integration and testing within Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments.
- Develop and execute representative tactical scenarios to verify system behavior in distributed architectures.
- Support verification, validation, and test events; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Provide on-site technical support during system deployment and fielding.
- Support customer engagements, demonstrations, and proposal efforts with technical input.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and supporting sustainment activities.
- Minimum five (5) years of operational C2 experience in Air Defense, weapons control, or tactical battle management.
- Strong understanding of engagement operations, C2 fundamentals, and joint interoperability.
- Experience supporting system integration, configuration, or distributed training.
- Working knowledge of Tactical Data Link architectures and employment concepts.
- Experience with modeling, simulation, or synthetic training environments.
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
- Former Air Battle Manager (13B), C2 Battle Management (1C5), or equivalent.
- Instructor or Evaluator experience (IP, SEFE, Stan/Eval).
- Experience with distributed C2 training environments/systems (e.g., ADSI, ASCOT, or BC3).
- Operational experience in platforms/environments (e.g., E-3 AWACS, E-8 JSTARS, CRC, Air Defense Sectors, USMC CAC2S, or USN AEGIS / E-2D).
