Position Summary
Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Mission Systems Course Developer who applies operational Command and Control (C2) expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable training products supporting Air Defense mission systems.
This role leverages prior experience in weapons employment, surveillance operations, and Tactical Data Link (TDL) environments to build instruction that reflects real-world workflows, system capabilities, and operational constraints. The Course Developer collaborates with engineering, integration, and test personnel to ensure training products accurately represent system builds prior to deployment and fielding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop courseware supporting Air Defense C2 mission systems, including lesson plans, practical exercises, operator scenarios, and evaluation tools.
- Build scalable training programs aligned with system configurations, integration milestones, and deployment schedules, ensuring curriculum reflects current capabilities, limitations, and interoperability requirements.
- Develop operationally relevant training scenarios incorporating weapons employment logic, surveillance workflows, and distributed C2 architectures.
- Integrate Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments into training delivery.
- Apply working knowledge of Tactical Data Links, including Link 16 concepts, to support realistic track management and interoperability in training.
- Collaborate with integration and test teams to ensure training aligns with validated system builds and performance.
- Support customer demonstrations, exercises, and fielding events by delivering technical instruction.
- Update course materials based on system changes, lessons learned, and user feedback.
- Develop handouts, evaluations, surveys.
- Minimum five (5) years of operational C2 experience in Air Defense environments.
- Minimum three (3) years Instructor (IP) or Evaluator (SEFE/Stan/Eval) experience.
- Experience in weapons employment and/or surveillance and track management operations.
- Working knowledge of Tactical Data Link architectures and interoperability concepts.
- Experience supporting distributed training or simulation environments.
- Experience developing training materials or serving as an instructor.
- Ability to travel, including extended trips up to three (3) weeks.
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
- Former Air Battle Manager (13B) or Command & Control Battle Management Operations (1C5) (Weapons Director or Interface Control Technician), or service equivalent.
- Experience integrating distributed C2 training architectures.
- Experience working with:
- Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI)
- Advanced Simulation Combat Operations Trainer (ASCOT)
- Battlespace Command and Control Center (BC3)
- Operational-level planning experience.
