Responsibilities
- Serves as a central integrator across the G‑4 Facilities, Safety, and Quality team, promoting alignment of policies, standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Translates strategic objectives and leadership intent into clear, well‑documented processes, workflows, and guidance;
- Supports the G‑6 transformation team by helping streamline enterprise processes, data structures, and system workflows;
- Ensures organizational compliance with applicable DoD, Army, OSHA, and federal safety regulations;
- Coordinates safety programs, inspections, hazard mitigation activities, and corrective action tracking;
- Supports modernization of facility operations, including improvements to work order management, physical infrastructure planning, and sustainment workflows;
- Enhances quality management systems by strengthening audit readiness, standardizing processes, and improving corrective action systems;
- Conducts root‑cause analysis, assists with internal audits, and supports continuous improvement initiatives;
- Facilitates collaboration across directorates, mission partners, and diverse stakeholder groups;
- Prepares clear, comprehensive briefings, reports, and documentation for leadership, audits, and inspection activities;
- Analyzes operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required;
- DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required at start;
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential;
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities is required;
- Expertise in process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), business process reengineering (BPR), and dependency mapping is required;
- Strong foundation in DoD facilities management, safety program execution, and quality management systems is required;
- Experience in policy and regulation review, interpretation, and implementation (e.g., ISO/AS Standards, OSHA, DoD 6055 series, AR 420‑1) is required;
- Exceptional process integration skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable workflows is required;
- Strong communication skills with experience supporting leadership, staff, and mission‑partner coordination is required;
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action efforts is required.
