Location-Avon Ohio

Full cycle Embedded Software Engineering, including all of the following: software specification, software design, embedded coding and development, software testing, software documentation.

  • Design, code, and test embedded systems firmware
  • Embedded development / coding in C/C language
  • Partner with internal Engineering team on a variety of different projects with customers in a wide range of industries

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a similar field
  • 5 years of Firmware Engineering experience
  • Significant Embedded RTOS (real time operating systems) experience. Examples include; FreeRTOS, Azure (previously known as ThreadX), Zephyr, QNX/Neutrino, VxWorks, Integrity (Green Hills), MQX, uC/OS (“Micro-C OS” or Micrium OS), TI-RTOS, SEGGER embOS
  • Experience working with communication protocols
  • Embedded C or C development
  • ARM microcontrollers
  • Device driver development
