Duties

- Assist in setting up machinery and performing changeovers as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Document production data accurately and maintain detailed records of operations.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support process improvements by providing feedback on operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment are advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
