Sales Representative And Permanent Inside Agent

Global Aviation Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Permanent Inside Agent. The ideal candidate is well-groomed, punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with strong sales, technical, and communication skills. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting company services.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications via multi-line phone systems, email, and radio channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate aircraft arrivals and departures, including scheduling crew transportation, rental vehicles, and related logistics.
• Organize and schedule conference rooms, meetings, and client hospitality services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and service requests.
• Support operational activities such as aircraft handling coordination, fueling arrangements, and general line service support when required.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures in all aspects of service delivery.
• Assist with general facility coordination and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Experience not necessary, we will train!

Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Driver License, have a good driving record within the last three years, physical ability to push up to 50 pounds, pull up to 80 pounds and lift up to 75 pounds regularly through out a normal work day, clear a criminal background check and pass initial and random drug and alcohol tests.

Working Conditions: 30% outdoors (in all weather) 70% indoors.

Hours: This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to work weekends and or nights as needed.

Compensation: Starting pay $40.00. We have a very attractive benefits package!
