We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Field Technician to support onsite deployments, equipment setups, installations, and logistics-related projects at customer locations. This role combines physical project work, customer interaction, equipment handling, and installation support in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support onsite deployments, equipment setups, and installation projects
• Load, unload, move, and stage equipment safely at customer locations
• Assist with assembly/disassembly and project setup tasks
• Use common hand and power tools as needed
• Provide professional customer service during onsite visits
• Work collaboratively with field teams to complete projects efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed
• Travel locally and occasionally out of town for project work
• Assist with transportation of equipment when needed
Preferred but not required:
• Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles
Requirements:
- Experience in furniture delivery, moving, installation, logistics, or field service preferred
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, move, and carry 50 lbs regularly
- Experience using common hand and power tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Comfortable working in warehouse and customer-facing environments
- Must pass a strict School District background check
Preferred Qualifications:
• Furniture delivery or moving experience
• White glove delivery experience
• Installation or assembly experience
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Warehouse, logistics, or field service experience
• Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles preferred but not required
• Low-voltage, cabling, or IT deployment experience is a plus
