Duration: 1 Year
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud SCM. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support manufacturing processes. This role involves direct client interaction; therefore, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze manufacturing requirements
• Configure and support Oracle Manufacturing modules in:
• Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud SCM
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions
• Support implementations, enhancements, and production support (AMS)
• Work with technical teams on integrations and customizations
• Conduct workshops, product demos, and end-user training sessions
• Manage client communication and provide regular project updates

Core Modules (Any of These)

• Work in Process (WIP)
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Inventory
• Costing
• Discrete Manufacturing

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 12 years of experience in Oracle applications
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Manufacturing (EBS or Cloud SCM)
• Proven experience in functional roles (not purely technical)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in client-facing roles

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (good to have)
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integrations
• Prior experience working with Infosys or similar system integrators
• Experience in end-to-end implementations
