Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS/Fusion Manufacturing Lead to drive end-to-end manufacturing solution delivery. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, leadership capability, and clear communication with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, rollout, or enhancement of Oracle Manufacturing modules in EBS and/or Fusion
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and client leadership
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional solutions
- Drive solution design across manufacturing processes including BOM, WIP, Inventory, Costing, and Quality
- Lead workshops, CRPs, and design discussions with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration
- Ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and project deliverables
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants and lead onsite/offshore coordination
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Applications
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, Routing)
- Inventory Management
- Cost Management
- Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (this is non-negotiable)
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing is highly preferred
- Exposure to Supply Chain Planning or Procurement modules
- Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools
- Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a solution architect
- Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains
