Job Title: Functional Consultant – OTL & Payroll
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge with some technical exposure to support implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional analysis, design, and configuration for OTL and Payroll modules.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams to validate reports, integrations, and extensions.
- Perform end-to-end testing, including UAT and regression testing.
- Support post-production activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document system setups, business processes, and solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules.
- Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports, and OTBI preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid client-facing environment and coordinate across functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
