Role Description
We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join our team in Zanesville, OH. This full-time, on-site door to door role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, presenting Glo Fiber’s suite of services, and generating sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, creating tailored solutions to meet their needs, achieving sales targets, and offering superior customer service throughout the sales process. This role requires proactive outreach, including face-to-face meetings, community engagement, and networking, to develop and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey information to customers
- Customer service and training skills to assist customers in understanding and using services
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel locally and engage with the community for business development
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, or sales is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
