Do you LOVE cheerleading and dance? We hope so! Glitter Cheer and Dance Company - Texas is in search of outgoing, hardworking, high energy, and responsible individuals to assist in our after school cheerleading and dance program. All work locations are in Fort Wayne, IN and surrounding areas.
Our Glitter mission is to provide a positive, fun, encouraging atmosphere, where youth girls can thrive and grow their skills. We focus on building strong leadership characteristics, a strong cheer community, lasting friendships, responsibility, and core values. We love our community that we have built in the area and in search of ones to join our GCD team!

Work schedule: Available Monday - Friday between the hours of 2pm-4:30pm (a minimum of three days available) | Office hours will be available before 2pm. Office schedule can be flexible!
Job Duties Include:
- Support all program activities
- Provide cheer and dance instruction to all participants
- Taking class attendance
- Reviewing all cheers and dances
- Monitoring students in restrooms
- Leading games and free time
- Supervising inside car rider dismissal
- Attending GCD events
- Admin office task
- Leadership Development
