Title: Organizational Change Manager

Glint Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support a major Federal Healthcare Insurance organization.

Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives

Drive stakeholder engagement and technology adoption

Conduct change impact and readiness assessments

Develop communication and culture change strategies

Define adoption metrics and success measurements

Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Prosci / ADKAR Certification

Healthcare domain experience

Organization design experience

Required Personality Traits:

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Creative thinker who embraces change
