Key Responsibilities:
Provide user support & resolve OnBase issues
Enhance and develop OnBase (WorkView, Workflow, Document
Composition)
Collaborate with business & IT teams for requirements and solutions
Design and implement scalable, user-friendly solutions
Maintain documentation and system standards
Required Skills:
OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV)
Hyland OnBase WorkView Admin Certification
5 years in OnBase development (Workflow, WorkView, Document
Composition)
Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal documentation
Nice to Have:
Government project experience
ITIL / CompTIA certifications
Jira, SharePoint, Visio experience
Agile/Waterfall methodology knowledge
