OnBase Administrator Developer

Introduction:

This position involves working as an OnBase Administrator Developer within our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining OnBase solutions, following best practices and design methodology. They will work closely with business users to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Complete or renew OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) certification within the past 4 years.
• Build OnBase low-to-no code solutions, including Workview standalone applications, Workflow standalone lifecycles, Workflow/Workview combined solutions, and Document Composition templates.
• Utilize design thinking to determine outcomes and troubleshoot pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal documentation.
• Work directly with business users to resolve production issues promptly and accurately.
  
  

Requirements:

Required Skills & Years of Experience (5 years):

• Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification within the past 4 years.
• Building OnBase low-to-no code solutions following Hyland best practices and design methodology.
• Design thinking - ability to determine and work toward an outcome, not just following a list of steps.
• Troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation.
• Working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• State and/or Local Government work history.
• IT Service Management (ITIL) certification.
