Director of Information Services

Position Summary

Manage all personnel in the Information Services, Telecommunications, and Communication departments.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitors all functions of information services
• Monitors all equipment usage
• Maintains and keeps current on all new equipment
• Contact with external user departments and outside vendors
• Comply with all budget requirements
• Manages multiple projects effectively
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Self-starter with extensive oral and written communication abilities/skills
• Attentive to details
• Minimum of 6 years management with further experience as system analyst and/or programming
• Previous hospital experience desirable
  
  

Educational Requirements

• College degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent management experience within Information Services
