Job Summary
Full-time (30-40 hours/week) positions available at Glenstone Veterinary Clinic in Springfield, MO. Glenstone Veterinary is located in the heart of Springfield, we are a fast-paced, family-friendly, locally owned and operated, full service small animal veterinary clinic with Missouri’s only drive through exam room. Employees enjoy a 4-day work week, 1-hour long lunch break, uniform allowance and quarterly bonuses. Veterinary Technician/Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting veterinarians in patient care, appointments and surgical procedures
- Recording medical history in veterinary software
- Collecting laboratory samples
- Operating laboratory machines
- Providing good nursing care for patients
- Filling prescribed medications
- Administering medications
- Anesthetic monitoring
- Patient recovery
- Effictive communication with clients and team members
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
