Teacher Aide - Continuous Recruitment RP

The Glens Falls City School District has multiple anticipated openings for Teacher Aide positions. These are Full-Time (10 Month) positions.

Your typical day as a Teacher Aide may include: assisting with activities, supervising students, maintaining the classroom and other areas, assisting in developing good health standards and appropriate social habits, and filling in for other staff as needed.

• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a calm and respectful manner.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude to motivate others.
• Candidate must enjoy working with children.

Minimum requirements include graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and knowledge in a particular field where specialized duties are involved. NYS Fingerprint Clearance is required.
