Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist, located in Birmingham, AL. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within company systems. The role involves managing information across multiple databases, verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient workflow execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy, including familiarity with data entry software and office applications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to respond to inquiries professionally
- Skills in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or related certifications are a plus
