Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Picker based in Birmingham, AL. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Additional responsibilities include unloading deliveries, maintaining warehouse organization, operating forklifts, and ensuring operational efficiency in the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Order Picking and Packing processes
- Experience with Forklift Operation and Unloading
- Knowledge of Operations Management and warehouse systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Commitment to safety and operational procedures
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
