Job Summary: Service and maintain residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as needed
Pay Range: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses. Monthly spiffs as high as $2,500! Monthly revenue bonus up to $1,250! You can make up to $150,000 yearly in total compensation!

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school preferred
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Texas Technician license
- NATE Certified preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
