- Serve as a liaison between legal and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and solutions are effectively implemented.
- Monitor, test, and optimize AI workflows while developing reusable templates and best practices.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support to encourage adoption of AI tools across the firm.
- Ensure solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and firm policies.
- Stay informed on developments in legal AI and recommend enhancements to maintain competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal technology, a law firm environment, or AI workflow design; legal experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with prompt engineering or roles in product support or business analysis with exposure to low-code or no-code automation tools.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or legal environments involving generative AI tools is preferred.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder are a plus; otherwise strong knowledge of generative AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and agent-based AI is expected.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Harvey, Hebbia, or similar legal AI tools, with the ability to learn firm-specific systems.
- Basic Python or scripting knowledge preferred; familiarity with APIs is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
