About The Role

Our Client is seeking a consultative legal technologist to join its Knowledge & Innovation team as a Legal AI Solutions Analyst.

The AI Solutions Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support for the firm’s growing portfolio of AI-enabled products. The role focuses on translating business needs into practical workflows and copilots, building and testing solutions, and driving adoption across the firm. The position involves hands-on development within existing platforms and data sources to deliver measurable results. This is an attorney-facing role that requires strong consultative skills and a working understanding of legal workflows.

The position plays a key role in designing and implementing AI-powered workflows that improve attorney productivity and enhance client service. The analyst will work closely with legal teams to translate business needs into intelligent solutions using modern generative AI platforms and will contribute to the firm’s broader AI initiatives.

This role also supports adoption and enablement through frontline user support, documentation, testing, and issue tracking. The analyst will help collect user feedback, maintain resources for end users, and ensure a consistent experience across AI tools. The position involves regular collaboration with colleagues in Knowledge & Innovation, IT, and other departments, as well as external AI vendors to support solution deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation and translate business objectives into AI solutions and agents.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled workflows for tasks such as document review, due diligence, contract analysis, and legal research.
  • Serve as a liaison between legal and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and solutions are effectively implemented.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize AI workflows while developing reusable templates and best practices.
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support to encourage adoption of AI tools across the firm.
  • Ensure solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and firm policies.
  • Stay informed on developments in legal AI and recommend enhancements to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in legal technology, a law firm environment, or AI workflow design; legal experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with prompt engineering or roles in product support or business analysis with exposure to low-code or no-code automation tools.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or legal environments involving generative AI tools is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder are a plus; otherwise strong knowledge of generative AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and agent-based AI is expected.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Harvey, Hebbia, or similar legal AI tools, with the ability to learn firm-specific systems.
  • Basic Python or scripting knowledge preferred; familiarity with APIs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and other stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Growth mindset and interest in becoming a power user of emerging legal technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal technology company.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and legal workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
