Academic Year: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm
Days and times will vary based on office needs & students availability.

Job Summary
Provides front-line support to current, new, and returning students by assisting with testing information, answering questions about college programs and services, and making appropriate referrals as needed. Serves as a key point of contact by responding to phone calls and emails from students, staff, and community members in a professional and timely manner. Supports full-time staff with test proctoring, assists with departmental meetings, events, and activities, and contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the department. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Functions
25% – Greet, assist, and verify new, continuing, and returning students and faculty utilizing Testing Services; provide information regarding testing procedures and requirements.
25% – Facilitate testing check-in and sign-in processes, ensure appropriate documentation is completed, and maintain accurate testing records.
25% – Proctor examinations in accordance with Testing Services policies; monitor testing environments to promote academic integrity and address testing-related concerns.
15% – Provide testing directions and instructions to students and faculty, respond to questions, and support a positive testing experience.
10% – Assist with maintaining GCC testing standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality service delivery.
