Position: Supply Chain Analyst - Fully In-Person - No Remote Work Department: Materials Management Location: Glencoe, MN Remote Work: No Position Type: Full Time Hours Per 2-week Pay Period: 80 hours per two-week pay period Shift: Days Schedule: 7AM-3:30PM Weekend Rotation: No Holiday Rotation: No Position Summary: The Materials Management Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for purchasing and order management for both inventory and non-inventory items across the facility. This role will complete routine purchasing operations, analyze systems and inventory data to support the department and facility. Working with department leaders, the analyst will manage specialty purchasing requests as needed. Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher, with two (2) or more years relevant experience in supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows-based computer systems, with an understanding of procurement and inventory management systems, as well as advanced capability in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service; along with the ability to work independently and at a moderately fast pace.
- Must demonstrate positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid Minnesota Driver’s License (equivalent to a MN Class D). Personal driving record must be free of moving violations and be accepted through GRH’s insurance carrier.
