Position: Facilities Coordinator Department: Maintenance Position Type: Full Time Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Hours/Pay Period: 80 Call Rotation: Only as needed Holidays: Only as needed Position Summary: The Facilities Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Facilities Director and the broader facilities maintenance team. This multifaceted role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle a wide range of administrative, operational, and communication tasks with professionalism and efficiency. The Facilities Coordinator serves as a critical liaison between the Facilities Director, staff, vendors, and others, ensuring the smooth operation of daily facilities activities and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the facilities department. Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience, preferably in facilities management, property management, or construction environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with facilities management software, work order tracking systems, and digital document management tools is highly desirable.
• Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, remain detail-oriented, and maintain high levels of accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion Compensation and Benefits: Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity.
